The Forest Service is working on trailhead improvements at Dutchman Sno-Park. They are looking for assistance from 2 or 3 people who are willing to help with prep for concrete forms for a new summer trailhead kiosk near the Sno-Park. The work will involve digging in sandy soil to prepare the base for the forms. Work will begin around 10 AM and last into the afternoon.
What to bring: gloves, long sleeved shirt, water, snack/lunch and proper footwear (no tennis shoes or sandals). Hard hats are required and can be provided if you don’t have one. Shovels will be provided.
Carpooling: can be arranged among participants; I can coordinate that once we have volunteers willing to help.
