Get a bit of exercise prior to the CONC Social hour. Take a short hike around the 1-mile Whychuus Creek Overlook loop just south of Sisters to take in the beautiful views of The Sisters and Broken Top. Trail head is a brief 10 minute drive from meeting location. Back in town in time for the CONC Social at The Ski Inn in Sisters commencing at 4:30 PM.
Distance: ~1 mile loop, Expect to be back in time for social hour at Ski Inn.
Elevation gain/loss: 59 feet of gain
What to bring: Ten essentials, water, snack, and proper footwear (no tennis shoes or sandals). Bring/wear sun protection clothing and sun screen. Bring/wear bug protection clothing and bug spray.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing for an anticipated sunny afternoon and subsequent happy hour.
Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
Difficulty level: Easy
Number of hikers: 12 hikers including the hike leader. Registration is required.
Carpooling: No carpooling necessary. We hike from the meeting place.
