Wild Apricot Training for Winter Outing Leaders

This session is for ski and snowshoe leaders to be trained on the administrative tools provided by our software, Wild Apricot (WA).  It's a good refresher if you haven't used the admin tools in a while, and it's necessary training before you can get admin privileges.

We will cover 

 - using the member app, both for you and so you can help others

 - using the admin app to see who is registered and waitlisted,  register a participant, add someone to the waitlist, cancel a registration, email the registrants and waitlist, and check in participants at the event

 - what the website looks like when you have event manager permissions

 - how not to get into trouble with your admin power

If you are confident with these skills, you don't need to attend.  If you can't make this time, there will be another one Jan 7, 4:30 -6:00 pm
