Snowshoe Trail Maintenance
Tuesday January 13th
8:30 to 3:30


This week we will head to Dutchman SnoPark to shoe the Dutchman Snowshoe Trail and Todd Lake Snowshoe Loop. This will be a 5 1/4 mile snowshoe and likely soft snow. If we have enough cars to leave one at Mt Bachelor, we will depart from Dutchman and then head counterclockwise around the loop, returning to Mt Bachelor via the Common Corridor. Layers and sunscreen will be needed!!

Tuesday January 13th
  •  (NOAA Forecast) . Sunny, with a high near 50. South wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the afternoon.
  • Meet at Bend Parks & Recreation District Office Lot at 799 SW Columbia St (where the kayaks are in the roundabout) at 8:30 AM
  • We will park in the the parking spots closest to the river
  • Group up. Drive to Dutchman Sno-Park. We may move one car to Bachelor to enable a shorter return via the Common Corridor
  • SNOWSHOES, Long-sleeve shirts, glasses, gloves and hard hats  I will have a couple of extra hard hats
  • Crosscut and katanaboy if you have one. We will select what we need when we divide up. I will have a pole saw. 
  • Expect to return to town by 3:30PM
